Job Description

We are searching for a competent and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team in Cardiff. You will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in managing the pharmacy's workflow.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Participate in health promotion activities and patient education.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
• Verify prescription orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy best practices and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy degree or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in retail pharmacy is an advantage
