Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Educator (RN Educator) to join our team. The RN Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review educational resources tailored for nursing staff.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and educational seminars.
• Engage with staff to gather feedback on educational programmes and areas for improvement.
• Support nursing staff in the development of clinical skills through direct mentorship.
• Build relationships with external educational bodies to enhance learning opportunities.
• Utilise e-learning platforms to deliver training in an innovative manner.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the UK
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing Education (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with previous experience in educational roles.
