Job Description

As a Baling Machine Tender, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of baling machines used in our recycling facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring that materials like paper, plastic, and metal are efficiently processed and packaged into bales. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure workspace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operation of baling machines in a recycling facility.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance on the baling machines.
• Record operational data and assist in improving machine processes.
• Assist with training new personnel on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Engage with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimization of waste.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.
• Previous experience in machine operation or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or similar role.
