Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shank Stapler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securely fastening shanks to various materials using stapling tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the quality of production by adhering to specifications.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Notify supervisors of any production issues promptly.
• Regularly clean workstations and equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Help implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Support in inventory management of materials.
• Conduct tests on products to assure quality and consistency.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Manufacturing or related field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced Machine Operation
• Material Handling

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read technical drawings: Skills to interpret and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
• Forklift certification: Possession of a forklift license for material handling within the facility.
