Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Engineer to join our Nottingham team. You will be involved in designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems and components for diverse engineering projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of electrical systems, proficiency in CAD software, and a passion for innovation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of electrical systems and components.
• Perform simulations and evaluations on electrical systems to optimize performance.
• Develop project timelines and deliverables in coordination with project managers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of electrical installations.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to provide integrated solutions.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations.
• Respond to technical queries related to electrical engineering projects.
• Document project progress and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Engage in energy efficiency evaluations and improvements.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles

Certifications
