Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hot Stick Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance and repair work on live electrical systems using hot stick tools. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
• Engage in risk assessments and recommend safety improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Additional certifications in hot stick work is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations

Advantageous

• Experience leading a team: Ability to guide and train junior technicians effectively.
• Certifications related to electrical work: Additional endorsements in electrical fieldwork are a plus.
