Responsibilities

• Utilise automatic toe lasting machinery for production output.
• Maintain equipment by performing basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Work cohesively with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.
• Ensure that all quality control measures are met.
• Provide feedback to the production supervisor regarding workflow issues.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
• Document production processes and any deviations.
• Adapt to new technologies and production methods.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in footwear manufacturing

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with automatic toe lasting machines.

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to train and mentor junior operators: Experience in guiding and supporting less experienced team members.
