Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant in our Newcastle location, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive environmental assessments and advising clients on best practices to ensure compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address various environmental issues and contribute to sustainable development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in environmental assessments.
• Analyse environmental data and present findings to clients.
• Support project management with environmental compliance issues.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on environmental practices.
• Work with regulators and government agencies on compliance matters.
• Contribute to the company's sustainability initiatives and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Environmental Impact Assessment

Certifications

• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
