Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of goods. The successful candidate will coordinate transportation logistics, monitor shipments, and maintain communication with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up care for clients post-treatment.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Conduct promotional events to educate clients about new services.
• Accept feedback from clients to improve service and treatment offerings.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic treatments

Technical Skills

• Skincare Analysis
• Facial Treatments

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Communication

Advantageous

• Dermatological experience: Prior experience in a dermatological setting is a plus.
• Membership in beauty professional organizations: Membership in recognized beauty and aesthetic associations is a plus.
