Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee our production activities in Armagh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing process from start to finish to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyse productivity reports and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Prepare forecasts for production output and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Encourage a culture of teamwork and communication among staff.
• Document and report on production KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
• Maintain inventory control and manage supply chain efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
