Responsibilities

• Identify and address barriers to service access.
• Assist clients in crisis situations and provide immediate support.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in professional supervision and peer support.
• Support clients in developing life skills and achieving independence.
• Advocate for systemic change to improve community services.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning.
• Document and report any safeguarding issues.
• Monitor service delivery and provide feedback to management.
• Promote a person-centred approach in all interactions.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Social Work or relevant field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in social work

Technical Skills

• Case Management
• Crisis Intervention

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Social Worker Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in specific therapeutic approaches: Hold qualifications in therapy methods such as CBT or DBT.
