Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Sound Production Engineer to join our Kilmarnock team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in audio technology to deliver impeccable sound experiences for various events. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with live sound systems and studio recording, along with a passion for music and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement audio setups for various types of performances.
  • Collaborate with lighting and visual teams to create cohesive event experiences.
  • Coordinate with external audio suppliers and liaise with venue staff.
  • Train and mentor junior sound technicians on equipment usage and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Music Technology or relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sound production, preferably in live environments
