Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Director to oversee and manage the educational program of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and the community to establish a collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement educational programs aligned with curriculums.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families and community agencies.
  • Supervise classroom activities and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and support among staff.
  • Conduct school evaluations and implement improvements.
  • Manage resources effectively to maximize educational outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to promote student engagement and learning.
  • Oversee the hiring process and mentorship of new staff.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to discuss their child's development.
  • Stay informed on current trends in early childhood education.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant educational setting
