Job Description

As a Treating Plant Operator, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, ensuring the effective operation of treating plants. You'll be responsible for monitoring processes, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to. Your role is vital in ensuring high-quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control all phases of the treating process.
  • Modify processes based on environmental safety standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
  • Compile and report performance metrics to management.
  • Engage with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant technical certification or vocational training is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining treating plants or similar industrial equipment.
Technical Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of safety protocols
