• Evaluate and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct testing and validation of new systems and procedures.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare user documentation and help materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support for implemented systems.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or IT-related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
