Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented UX Designer to join our Liverpool-based team. The ideal candidate will be adept in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences that are not only functional but also enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability tests and interpret analytics to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver user-centric products.
• Create detailed design specifications and guidelines for developers.
• Mentor junior designers and support their growth within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• Master's degree in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency environment

Technical Skills

• Wireframing and Prototyping
• UI Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Front-End Development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript principles.
• Experience with Customer Journey Mapping: Skills in mapping out customer journeys to improve user experience.
