Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to manage and optimise our online product showcase. The successful candidate will develop merchandising strategies that improve product visibility and drive sales. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytic skills to enhance customer engagement on our e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and assess product merchandising plans that align with sales goals.
• Utilise analytics tools to track product performance and customer behaviour.
• Coordinate with IT teams to implement e-commerce solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate merchandising strategies.
• Support the marketing department in creating appealing promotional content.
• Train and guide team members on best practices in e-commerce merchandising.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or digital marketing

Languages

• English: Fluent
