Job Description

We are seeking a Mold Yard Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our mold handling and storage processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, supervise a team of technicians, and maintain high safety standards across our facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage mold yard operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Generate reports on mold yard activities and performance metrics.
• Evaluate and implement improvements in mold handling processes.
• Liaise with the maintenance department to ensure equipment functionality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or diploma preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages
