Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at Education First. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic goals. You will assist teachers in planning lessons, managing classroom activities, and providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with students to promote a love for learning.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support students in small group activities.
  • Provide feedback on learning progress to teachers.
  • Encourage positive social interactions among students.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Education or related field
  • Degree in Education is preferred
Experience
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is an asset.
