Job Description

As a Soap Boiler, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining soap production equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality soap products. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes and performing regular maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor soap production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on production output and machinery status.
• Train new operators on safe equipment use and procedures.
• Implement measures to improve production efficiency.
• Assist in the development of new soap formulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in coordination with quality assurance teams.
• Maintain accurate records of production volumes and material usage.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training in soap production or chemical manufacturing is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in operating specific soap production equipment.

Technical Skills

Advantageous
