Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion.
• Work closely with architectural teams to ensure cohesive designs.
• Utilize design software to create 3D models and renderings.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project details and updates.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Document and archive design projects for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Professional qualifications such as ARB or RIBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diverse design projects

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Design Software (Rhino, Revit)

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
