Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wood Heel Finisher to join our production team. You will be responsible for finishing wooden heels to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency across our range of footwear products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments on finished wooden heels.
• Work with the Head of Production to improve finishing techniques.
• Train new staff on heel finishing processes.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Experience

• Desirable to have familiarity with footwear production techniques.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Machinery
• Knowledge of Product Quality Standards
