Job Description

As a Subway Train Operator, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of subway trains, adhering to the set schedule while prioritizing passenger safety and comfort. You will engage with passengers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate subway trains following established timetables and safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with control room and fellow operators to maintain service continuity.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist passengers in emergencies, ensuring their safety.
  • Keep the train's interior clean and tidy for passengers.
  • Participate in regular safety training and drills.
  • Collect feedback and report incidents that could enhance service quality.
  • Use communication devices and public address systems effectively.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to improve operational skills.
  • Adhere to the Punctuality Initiative to ensure timely service.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid driver's license
Experience
