Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sensor and Digital Control Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge sensors and digital controls for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC principles and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive design documentation for HVAC sensors and controls.
  • Liaise with suppliers for sourcing components and materials.
  • Optimize sensor designs for energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for control systems.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Additional certifications in relevant design software preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC design and energy efficiency optimisation
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
