Job Description
We are in search of a Renewable Energy Planner to join our team in Coventry. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing renewable energy projects aimed at reducing carbon footprints and enhancing energy efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sustainability and has a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integrated renewable energy systems to optimise performance.
  • Evaluate the environmental impacts of proposed projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster partnerships with other organisations to promote renewable solutions.
  • Enhance public awareness on sustainable energy practices.
  • Develop policy recommendations to support renewable energy growth.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on renewable energy.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications for funding opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Project Management Advanced skills in managing renewable energy projects.
  • Data Analysis Proficient in data analysis software for energy assessments.
  • Regulatory Knowledge Understanding of regulations governing renewable energy.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certified Renewable Energy Professional (CREP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Understanding of carbon offsetting practices: Knowledge of practices related to carbon offsets and credits.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement processes: Proven ability to engage effectively with communities and partners.
