Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Biofuels Processing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the production of biodiesel fuel, ensuring efficient operations within our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate biodiesel production machinery, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Assist in optimizing production processes to increase yield and quality.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Participate in safety audits and assessments as required.
• Train and mentor new staff members on production protocols.
• Keep the work area clean and organized in line with safety regulations.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
• Review standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Additional qualifications in renewable energy preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the biofuels or chemical production industry.
