We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Southend-on-Sea. In this role, you will oversee logistics operations, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of goods. A strong understanding of supply chain processes and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment details.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager in strategic planning.
• Communicate with customers regarding order statuses.
• Facilitate training for new staff on supply chain practices.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in logistics or supply chain management
