Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clergy member who will guide our community through spiritual education and support. The ideal candidate will lead worship services, religious education programs, and foster spiritual growth within the congregation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive faith formation curriculum.
Facilitate discussions and prayer sessions for the community.
Provide pastoral care during times of need to congregants and families.
Organize volunteer training and integration into church activities.
Foster a welcoming environment for new members and visitors to the church.
Engage in regular outreach and community service initiatives.
Collaborate with church committees on planning and executing events.
Represent the church at community functions and interfaith dialogues.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Theology or Religious Studies preferred
