Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in VoIP engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with IP-PBX systems
• Knowledge of QoS for VoIP

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Cloud-based VoIP services certified
• VMware Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Session Border Controllers (SBCs): Experience with configuring and managing SBCs to secure VoIP communications.
