Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly for optimal resin adhesion.
• Accurately mix resin and hardeners per project specifications.
• Apply resin coatings with precision and care, ensuring consistent finishes.
• Monitor colour matching closely, adjusting pigments as required.
• Implement safety measures during the application process.
• Conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Follow safety protocols diligently for a secure workplace.
• Assist in other maintenance activities when necessary.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or courses in resin application preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
