Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender at XYZ Foods, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our blending machines to produce high-quality food products. Your role will involve setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate blending machines prior to production runs.
• Ensure that all ingredients are available and ready for blending.
• Continuously monitor the blending process for quality and efficiency.
• Document production data and complete relevant paperwork accurately.
• Assist in training new team members on blending operations.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Participate in safety discussions and contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in food manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Experience operating blending equipment preferred.
