Job Description

We are seeking reliable Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery, inspect products, and ensure quality standards are met. No experience is necessary, but a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery as needed for production runs.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required, although relevant experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
