Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Worker to join our dynamic team in London. You will perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of our facilities, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs as needed.
Responsibilities
Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on all facility systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
Document maintenance activities and inspections carried out.
Assist in managing maintenance budgets and resources.
Promote health and safety standards within the facility.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Participate in on-call service rotations as needed.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant technical degree or certifications preferred
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
