Responsibilities

• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and coach production staff to maximise performance and development.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Engineering Management or similar
• Advanced degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and team leadership.

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• Resource Planning Software

Certifications

• Production Management Professional (PMP)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
