Join our team as a Mattress and Foundation Sewer, where you will be responsible for sewing and quilting a variety of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate various sewing machines.

Responsibilities

• Using various sewing techniques to create high-quality mattresses and foundations.
• Maintaining sewing machines and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Conducting final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Documenting production numbers and any issues that arise during the sewing process.
• Monitoring material usage and reporting shortages to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications necessary, although experience is valued.

Experience

• Experience with quilting and stitching techniques encouraged.
