Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in Swansea. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing procurement processes, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
  • Perform risk assessments for various suppliers and procurement options.
  • Prepare documentation for procurement processes, including RFQs and RFPs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Establish and implement effective supplier management strategies.
  • Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
