Job Description

The Contract Sourcing Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing and managing contracts efficiently. You will work closely with stakeholders to guarantee that contracts are fulfilled promptly and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will possess considerable experience in procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct supplier audits and assess compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Negotiate terms that align with business goals while mitigating risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are robust and compliant.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments including legal and finance.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requirement definition to contract execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions on procurement policies for staff members.
  • Evaluate and select procurement software tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Spearhead efforts for sustainable and ethical procurement practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable
