Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
• Work with a variety of materials, including wood, composites, and resins.
• Support the engineering team in developing new products.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in molding, shaping, or casting roles

Technical Skills

• CNC programming
• Quality assurance

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time management

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automation in molding processes: Knowledge in implementing automated systems for production.
• Experience with environmental regulations: Understanding of compliance with manufacturing standards.
