Job Description

We are in search of a results-oriented Outbound Manager to coordinate our outbound logistics operations, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership and have a robust understanding of logistics best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outbound logistics department.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop budget forecasts and track departmental spending.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support team development and training initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management, particularly in outbound logistics
Technical Skills
  • Logistics Software
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation
Certifications
  • CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
