Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs. You will lead a team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and implement best practices to streamline our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
• Review and manage supply chain contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to upper management.
• Utilize advanced forecasting techniques to predict supply chain demand.
• Implement best practices in inventory and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategy with market demand.
• Evaluate and adopt new supply chain technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years working in a supply chain or logistics environment
