Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Liverpool facility, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating medical conditions, leading patient education initiatives, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient histories and medical records.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary.
  • Lead patient education sessions on chronic disease management.
  • Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress.
  • Assist with research and education initiatives related to patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Nursing diploma with a bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
