Job Description

As a Tie Loader, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining tie loading equipment in the railway industry. You will ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of railway ties onto and from delivery vehicles, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loading process for railway ties, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Maintain open communication with the Track Maintenance Team to optimize workflows.
• Participate in regular safety training and team meetings.
• Help in routine equipment checks and report on necessary maintenance actions.
• Support other team members in various railway maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in operating tie loading equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
