We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookmaker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the betting industry, various sports, and betting markets. You will be responsible for setting and adjusting odds, managing risks, and ensuring smooth bookmaking operations.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and update odds based on statistical analysis.
• Engage with marketing teams to promote betting opportunities.
• Support the team with risk management and betting strategies.
• Evaluate and improve internal processes for efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries and foster positive relationships.
• Advise on regulatory compliance related to gambling activities.
• Summarise market research for senior management review.
• Create and maintain a database of betting patterns and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in risk management and setting odds for multiple sports is preferred.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of relevant gambling regulations and compliance
• Experience in trading platforms and exchanges

Soft Skills

• Team player with strong collaboration skills
