Job Description

As a Rides Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our amusement park rides. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring safety compliance, managing a team of ride operators, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. This role is crucial in maintaining our high service standards and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of rides and attractions to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Enforce compliance with safety standards and assist in regular safety inspections.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ride operators, providing ongoing training.
  • Record operational data and assist in preparing reports for management reviews.
  • Respond to and address guest inquiries regarding rides and service.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Conduct ride equipment checks and escalate any significant issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of park events and promotions.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
