Job Description

As a Watch Repair Clerk, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing a variety of watches, including both mechanical and quartz timepieces. You will ensure that each watch functions correctly and looks its best, providing top-notch customer service and technical skill.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose issues with customer watches.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance on watches.
  • Work closely with suppliers for parts replacement.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple repairs.
  • Educate customers about watch care and servicing.
  • Assist with inventory management of watch parts and tools.
  • Engage in training and development to refine watch repair skills.
  • Keep up with technological advancements in watch repair.
  • Document all repair procedures for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Horology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in watch repair or jewellery making.
