Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Steam Trap Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing steam traps in industrial settings, ensuring that steam is properly distributed throughout the facility. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test steam traps to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
  • Clean and repair steam traps as needed.
  • Install and replace steam traps and related equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on steam trap systems.
  • Create and maintain records of steam trap maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system performance.
  • Deliver on-site customer support when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance protocols.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Assist in the training of new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant trade certification or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in steam trap maintenance and repair

Advantageous
