Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Health Program Manager to lead our public health initiatives in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in managing health programs, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of community health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design strategic plans for community health initiatives in collaboration with local stakeholders.
• Analyze health data to inform project development and resource allocation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on public health topics.
• Monitor and ensure project implementation aligns with community health policies.
• Advocate for health equity and access to resources among diverse populations.
• Prepare reports for government agencies and funding bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree or higher is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in community health or program management
