Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards.
Prepare a variety of culinary dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
Work closely with suppliers to source fresh ingredients.
Monitor food wastage and implement cost-saving measures.
Assist in menu planning and recipe modifications.
Implement and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
Conduct staff training sessions on cooking techniques and health standards.
Evaluate customer feedback and adjust menu items accordingly.
Support special events and catering needs.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.
Requirements
Education
City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Culinary Arts
Knowledge of allergen management
Experience
Experience in a large-scale kitchen environment is preferred.
