Responsibilities
Provide support to passengers handling their luggage at all times.
Efficiently manage the transportation of baggage to various locations.
Ensure all luggage is handled with care to prevent damage.
Deliver outstanding customer service that enhances the passenger experience.
Maintain operational areas in a tidy state to ensure efficiency.
Quickly report any issues with baggage to supervisors.
Adhere to all necessary safety guidelines and protocols.
Work in coordination with other team members to facilitate passenger processes.
Requirements
Education
Basic education preferred (secondary school)
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
