Construction Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Construction Supervisor who will oversee construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specification. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles to lead our projects in Rochdale effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities while promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage schedules and budget constraints effectively.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site expediently.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills.
• Compile reports for project status and compliance for management.
• Ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant construction field
• HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5 years or more in construction management or site supervision.
